We opened in June 2006, and every since that beautiful summer day, have been working hard to offer you beautiful, trendy clothes that are edgy and practical, interesting and comfortable. Blush Boutique wants you to feel great day and night, whatever the occasion. We want every visit to our shop to feel you are exploring your most stylish friend’s closet!

WHO WE ARE

Meet Alicia

Purple and Gold started out of a love of knowing exactly what was in the products I use. I’ve always felt very passionate about avoiding products that are filled with harmful ingredients. A few years ago, I fell in love with purple and gold sea moss and started experimenting in different ways. I was always making the odd products here and there but only for myself. So when sea moss came into my life I knew I wanted to include it in my products. I became obsessed with finding different ways to add this amazing ingredient. So I started with handmade, cold process soaps and then moved on to other products. I decided to start sharing with my family and friends who really loved and appreciated the products, and so hence Purple and Gold began. I wanted to bring that same joy, peace of mind and smiles I saw on their faces to a wider audience.

Why Purple and Gold?

Our handmade products are made with high quality, organic and sustainably sourced ingredients which will uplift your spirit, nourish your soul and protect the skin. At the heart of our products are healing herbs. Almost 100% of our products contain some sort of healing herb. Whether it be sea moss, calendula, sage and many more. There’s a saying ‘that herbs are the healing of a nation.’ If our skin is the largest organ of the body then why not utilise these amazing plants in our skin care routines to reap the benefits. We hope you enjoy using our products and that using them brings that same joy and smile I saw on the faces of my family and friends.
